I want to return something. What to do?

Log in to your Suitable account and go to ‘my orders’. Purchases with the orange return button are within the return period and can be returned.
If you do not have an account, click here to return something.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item by mail.

Place the item with the completed return form in the parcel. You can download the return form here.

Non-EU customers must include a commercial invoice. If you use Returnless, the company we work with, the commercial invoice will be included in the purchased return label. This option will appear in your account if your country is eligible.
If you use a different courier, please inquire about their specific process for including a commercial invoice with your package.

We will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping and payment costs. Any return costs are borne by the customer and are not refundable. We will do this as soon as possible, but certainly within 14 days after we receive your return.
